A decade of expertise
Satisfied customers
SIL can be provided in shared accommodation or other suitable living arrangements. The right option depends on your needs, preferences, and support requirements. We can help you understand your options and find an arrangement that works for you.
Everyone needs a different level of support. We work with you to understand your daily routine and provide assistance where you need it. This may include support throughout the day or at specific times.
SIL can help you develop practical skills for everyday life. This may include cooking, cleaning, shopping, managing money, planning your day, and looking after your home. We support you to learn at your own pace.
Living independently is about more than managing your home. We can support you to get out, enjoy your interests, meet people, and take part in your local community.
We can support you with agreed health and wellbeing routines based on your needs and support plan. This may include attending appointments, following care routines, and working with your health professionals where appropriate.
Good support is about more than getting things done. Sometimes it is simply having someone to talk to, enjoy an activity with, or share part of your day. We can support your interests and help you stay connected with friends, family, and your community.
MTA can give you a place to stay while you wait for a longer-term home or living arrangement. It can give you some stability while you work out what comes next. We can support your everyday routines and help you settle into your temporary home.

STA gives you the chance to stay somewhere different for a short time. You might want a change of scenery, try new activities, or give your family or carer some time to rest. We provide support based on what you need and what you enjoy.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach to disability support.
Your support should fit around your life, not force you to change your life around a service.
We take your preferences, routine, abilities, and goals into account so your support feels right for you.
A temporary stay should still feel comfortable and welcoming. We aim to create a space where you can relax, follow your routine, and enjoy your time away. Accommodation options will depend on your needs and what is available.
We can support you with everyday routines, personal care, meals, household tasks, and community activities, depending on your needs and support plan. We listen to what you prefer and help you feel comfortable throughout your stay.
Looking after someone can be a big part of family life. Sometimes you need a little time for yourself too. STA can give families and carers a chance to rest, manage other commitments, or simply take a break while their loved one receives appropriate support.
Everyone has different needs and preferences. We take the time to understand your routine, interests, and support needs. We want you to feel comfortable, respected, and involved throughout your stay.
